At Waldecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Waldecks account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
