Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery of home decor and small furniture items.
Do you offer white-glove delivery for large furniture?
Yes, for oversized items and premium furniture pieces, we offer a white-glove delivery service which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Are Waldecks products covered by a warranty?
Most of our furniture collections come with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship to ensure lasting quality in your home.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link and estimated delivery date.
